the neighbor was rude - she claimed she was an owner and did not like the fact we moved the tiki bar temporarily for shade and planned on moving it back but she mouthed off like she had the right to when it was none of her business. This was disturbing. The driveway was small and did not accomodate all of our vehicles which was a problem and the sheriff had to stop by too....another distraction.

This home has a lot of amenities that are great for families with teens. The pool is larger than most,and has the added convenience of an outdoor shower, which was used every day after the beach by all of us. The Tiki Bar was delightful, the pool table and mini refrigerator were the perfect "man-cave" for the guys. Location so close to Timbuck II shopping and both grocery stores was perfect for the ladies. Clean,comfortable beds, nice sofas in main area and a well stocked kitchen made the vacation relaxing. Nice hot tub and great volleyball court provided some fun family competition. Beach access was much easier when we located the shortcut, which is literally straight across from the house.Excellent a/c, no refrigerator problems, awesome cleaning crew and keyless entry are some of the details that also made for a great experience. A ceiling fan or stand-up fan for the screened in porch, and a couple of beach chairs would be the only thing I would add to this lovely, well-maintained older home. Duck Donuts are AMAZING, but the wonderful Lighthouse Deli dozen of fresh, delicious bagels that the owner provided were the perfect way to end our vacation-made our checkout that much easier not having to prepare and clean up breakfast on the last day.Paula was truly wonderful and helpful.

We had a wonderful time at 'Beach Dreams' during June 2012. Plenty of space for a larger group (12 people) and we thoroughly enjoyed hanging out in the pool and hot tub while listening to the pool-side speakers. The beach is a couple of blocks away, but there is a path that takes you a majority of the way to the beach and you do not need to cross any main roads to get there.

All in all, it was a very enjoyable experience and I would definitely reserve 'Beach Dreams' again.
