Great location, house was very nice with the amenities. Cleaning had much to be desired, sand in beds, dirty bathroom carpets, kitchen floors were filthy as it left towels black getting mess up. Upper level carpet dirty and we received numerous flea bites and killed many fleas. Sliding door tracks need to be serviced as they are hard to open. Other than the cleanup, this house is perfect for large families, and we would still recommend it.

I do see where you reported a broken blind and a flat tire.
I do apologize for the cleaning issues.
I do wish you would have called the housekeeping department, we would have fixed the cleaning immediately.

Nice home, clean and well kept. Property says it has an ice maker....was expecting an ice maker appliance but it was only the ice maker in the refrigerator. Great location and easy access to the beach.

We have stayed at this house for several years before taking a year off and going with a different house last year. We were pleased to find several updates to the house like more outside furniture and updated flooring upstairs. The hot tub pool cover is falling apart so we had white floating particles in the hot tub. We called the tech out because we didn't know what they were. In the end, the tech came out and assured us that it wasn't chemicals and it was safe to use. we did miss the ring toss wall game by the hot tub. Overall the stay was great and we will return again next year.

The house was clean and fresh smelling upon arrival. Great location. Could see ocean from top floor. Easy beach access. Lots of games, beach toys, bikes, volley balls and net...something for everyone to do!! <br/> There was no sponge or dish rags and only two towels in kitchen. Some of the kitchen utensils should be replaced. But other than that, the kitchen was well stocked with pans and dishes etc. <br/>The downstairs shower had little water pressure. Should be looked at. <br/>All in all was a very great experience! Would love to get it again!!

We were very pleased with location, views, space and supplies including kitchen dishes and utensils and indoor and outdoor toys and games. It would have been nice to have 1 more bath on lower level as we had boys and girls on that floor but that would not apply to everyone. The one thing it lacked was kitchen linens.

We had a great time, beautiful weather, though we couldn't get in the ocean for the last four days because of rough surf. House was nice, steps are steep and the basement area rather dark.

We loved this house. The beach proximity and ocean view were good. The layout of this house allows the bedrooms to stay quiet while others are moving about in other rooms. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The only negative is the yard. There was standing water and mosquitos near the swingset making it unusable. Mid-way through our week we noticed health department marking flags around an area of the yard.

We had a great stay. House was just as described. More than enough room for our family with 8 adults, 7 kids. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, including seafood boil! The hot tub never really got up to temperature, but we didn’t really use it much. The pool was cleaned in the beginning of the week, <br/>and perfect to jump in to cool down. Quick walk to the beautiful beach, and a quick bike ride to the sound to watch the beautiful sunset! 3 miles from grocery store and all conveniences. House came with 2 nice beach cruisers, beach toys and chairs. I think there were some umbrellas in there too. We had brought our own, but I would chance it next time and use theirs. Two outside showers was really nice with the large party we had. The initial housekeeping left a few random items around the house (a sippy cup under the bed, a Gatorade bottle in the couch,). But other than that it was pretty clean. My brothers reported that the two queen beds were quite uncomfortable and appeared old and creaky. The two kings were comfy and the kids with the bunks had no complaints!<br/>We had a great stay and would definitely stay at this house again!!

We've stayed at this property several times and biggest issue is the small millipede type bug that seems to infest the ground level floor inside. Other issues: the back left burner on the stove doesn't work and the closet door on the second floor King bedroom is broken or fallen off track (door has had same problem in previous stays). Suggestions: replace 2nd floor back queen mattress (uncomfortable and noisy) - + add TV to that room. Also, someone should walk all the decks and hammer in any protruding nails.

We enjoyed our stay at Dreamers View. The view of the sunrise every morning makes this house a delight. Great location. Two minute walk to the beach access. The house was great. I wish the cleaning crew would've knocked down all the spider webs before we arrived, but that wasn't a big deal. Very lovely house.

This was the 3rd time we've stayed at this property - the location is great and the owners have continued to update the property over the years. We fit comfortably with 6 adults and 5 kids.<br/><br/>The only issues we had this time were that the pool was not vacuumed when we arrived - (sand at the bottom of pool). There were several millipede type bugs that were all over the bottom floor area - we called the Management company who responded quickly with sending over a pest company to spray, but the problem never really went away the entire stay - with 2 bedrooms on that floor it was less than ideal sleeping conditions.<br/><br/>1 upgrade I would suggest to the owners it to put a ceiling fan in the 3rd bedroom on the second floor.<br/><br/>I would recommend the property and would definitely stay there again.

This was the best rental that our large family has stayed in for the past 5 years. We loved the central location of the house to shopping and beach. The house itself was stocked with all of the necessities and comforts that you expect at the beach. We will be back- the kids have already asked us.

We loved our stay at Dreamer's View! We had a big family- 10 adults and 3 little ones- and it was plenty of space for us all to feel comfortable and uncrowded. We especially liked the pool area and the outdoor showers- which were so helpful for sandy children! The location couldn't be more convenient to the beach, grocery stores and rental office. Just a fantastic experience all around. The only note I would make for future renters is there are a lot of stairs in this house so it would not be a good fit for folks with disabilities or seniors with mobility issues. The kitchen is on the very top floor, so everyone has to be able to climb 3 flights of stairs.

Great accommodations for nine adults, one child, one baby and two dogs. Kitchen was fully stocked for everything we needed to cook in every night. Great location with the beach views and quick walk to the public beach access, and about 1 mile drive to the drive on beach. Only two complaints where that when we checked in at 4:30 the house was still being cleaned and wasn't ready for another hour. Additionally all of our guest complained about their mattresses being uncomfortable and should be upgraded/replaced. <br/> In regards to the property management company, received a phone call on our drive down that we had to pick up the keys in Kitty Hawk as they were closing the Corolla office early which was fine however, they did not notify me that we had to return the keys in Kitty Hawk as well. Try to return the keys to the Corolla office and was surprised to see that it had closed for the season.

This was our second time staying in this house and we really appreciate the updates and care that the owners have provided for the house. The updated bathrooms were very nice. This was our second time renting Dreamers View. The view is breath taking I believe it the perfect house ! Roomy, clean, has everything your own home has , good size pool, multi levels and rooms seem to be pretty sound proof with 6 high school and college kids we hardly heard them at night . I highly recommend this house . We will be returning every year to Dreamers view !

As a first time renter from this company I did find the transaction fairly smooth. The agents to whom I spoke with in renting were extremely helpful and professional. The house was clean and provided a view of the ocean from the top deck. The sound of the surf was truly relaxing with morning coffee. The only minor hiccup was the few issues that we reported that weren't addressed while we were there, but nothing that deterred us from enjoying our vacation. I would definitely recommend this house to my friends and we have in fact rebooked this house for next year.

Loved the location and the house accommodations. Lots of comfortable deck areas and wonderful views. The great room was perfect for the eleven of us - plenty of room to spread out but be together.

This house was absolutely amazing . It was like brining your own home along with you. It had everything you would want . We will be renting this house for many years to come . View was awesome you can watch the sunrise from the upper deck . Very very pleased !!

Great place to stay with a family. Bikes, beach toys, etc. Great pool situation. Good lay out to keep noisy kiddos and tired grandparents apart if needed. Extremely close to beach access. Great street.

We had 6 adults, 4 kids and 1 dog with plenty of room - we actually didn't even use one of the bedrooms. The TV/living spaces on each floor was great - plenty of places to go without feeling on top of each other. Nice pool when we didn't want to go to the beach - which was only a short walk from the house. We enjoyed the basketball hoop and going for rides on the bikes as well. <br/>The only thing I wish it had was a larger TV in the main living space - we were there during Football season and it would have been nice to have a larger screen - other than that it was great!

The house was accurately described and met our needs. We did not realize how far it would be to drive to Kitty Hawk, Nags Head, etc. and we should have done more research. There is not as much to do in Corolla when the weather is not nice. The house was nice for our family and the baby things were very convenient so that we did not need to bring all of those items with us. If you are interested in a relaxing time and spending a lot of time at the beach, without a lot of options for eating out (breakfast), then this could be the location for you! It was a short walk to the beach! The views are fantastic and we enjoyed sitting on the top deck and seeing the ocean.

Nice place with great view. Great OBX style and atmosphere. Love the proximity to the Ocean and Sound (via the Lighthouse Park 1/4 mile away).

We really enjoyed our stay at Dreamer's View! The house was beautiful and really clean. We had more than enough room. The house is so big, we kept joking we couldn't find anyone! :) Sitting on the decks were so peaceful. The kids LOVED the pool, hot tub and basketball hoop. And, having the beach access only 3 houses down was so great!!!!

The home was beautiful and comfortable for our stay at Corolla. It is close enough to the beach access that made walking to the beach not difficult. It is located in a nice residential area that has lots of families renting the homes. The only negatives for this home was that the cleaning service didn't do a real good job. We vacuumed on day one because it was very dirty. Also, one of the pillow covers had blood on it which was gross. Lastly, the house could use two hot water heaters because showers were chilly if you were the last ones taking them. TVs with cable in each room would be nice as well as updated tvs. Other than that we loved it!

The house and location are perfect for our current family size, we had 14 + a baby + 2 dogs. The pet friendly is a big bonus, the location to both the beach access and the upper Corolla shops is very good.
