While the location of the condo was fine, the condo itself was not. The furnishings were trashy, the bed, in particular, was AWFUL! Iveslept on sofa beds that were more comfortable.

The condo was in a great location—a very short walk to the beach, yet also close to shops and restaurants. The condo furnishings were acceptable. The mattress and sofa were older and not very comfortable. A great place to stay if you don't plan to spend time hanging out inside the condo. The pool area looked nice, but we did not use it because of weather.

My husband and I , along with our two small dogs, had a fantastic time in the Outer Banks!!. This was my second time going; a first for my husband and pups. The first time I stayed in a hotel but this was so much nicer!! I would definitely rent this condo again- everything was there that we needed- it was a home away from home! And the location was great for the dogs! The two side streets - Wrightsville and Memorail were perfect for walking them! They were quiet streets with very little traffic! This location was also great for restaurants and shopping! It was also close enough to walk to Duck Donuts! A thumbs up there! Lol The condo itself was very beautifully layed out- we had two balconies - one on each side of the street so there was always a way to sit or not sit in the sun. Just one little downside - I mean it didnt bother us - but there were a few dark spots on the carpet area in the living room. It possibly could have been from pets in the past. Like I said - we love our pets and it really didnt bother us - but I just don't want to be blamed for those spots. We took our dogs out as much as possible and they loved it. But again and on a positive note - we had a WONDERFUL RELAXING stay and will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family. Thank you for sharing this property. This condo was great . It was the perfect size for my husband and I . The location was perfect for walking to the beach. It wasn't too long of walk but enough to give you excerise . The condo was so clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook some meals . We really liked the two balconies . The pool was a definite plus . It was always refreshing and not too crowded. We would certainly stay again .

The property was OK and did meet our needs. Wouldn't want to stay there with four people! We arrived about 5:30 PM on the Saturday and had to call the rental office on Sunday morning. There were a variety of maintenance problems which were handled, if possible, very efficiently that day. However we continued to find other things wrong including a dryer filter that was completely clogged. That certainly should have been noticed by the cleaning crew before we arrived. I cleaned that at once. At least the pool appeared to be well cared for by the owners association.

Everything about this property was great except for two things. The one bedroom's mattress squeaked and made noise every time you moved as if it were stuffed with plastic and it needs a Keurig in the kitchen. Location perfect! Pool great for off days at beach. Convenient to good restaurants and shopping.

Just right for 2 people. Close to the beach and walking distance to places to eat. Although the address is 101 it is on the 2nd floor and the door with address is not visable from the parking lot.

Very nice condo located block and a half from a beach access. The condo was clean, bed was uncomfortable, little too hard and seemed smaller than a queen size mattress. The brand new couch was a nice addition. Very nice rental will rent again. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc.

Second time at Piece of Paradise. An easy walk to beach, dining, shops, etc. Quiet / peaceful yet near everything. Will return next year for TWO weeks!! The bed could use a 3 inch foam top as not all folks like hard beds. Had a minor problem and management company responded w/in 30 minutes. They are wonderful, professional and represent the owner in a courteous and professional manner. Might be time to replace the knives in kitchen and invest in HBO, Showtime OR Starz as it's nice to watch movies without commercials!!!

We did enjoy our vacation at KD200 A piece of Paradise. The condo was great for 2 people, it was a so so week for weather, but all in all was great. It is close to everything and was on a pretty quiet street.

Unit was good, but the beach terrible. 24 steep steps to go over the dune. Took 3 steps into the ocean & was up to my neck. Water was dirty & had jelly fish. Traffic was atrocious -took 8 hours in what should have been 4-1/2 hrs. This was our 1st & last trip to the Outer Banks.

The property is well maintained, the unit was clean and well maintained and quiet environment. The pool was perfect for a break from the beach!! The walk to beach "piece of cake" from A Piece of Paradise. Suggestions for owner: the deck outside the kitchen is shaded area and guests could benefit greatly if a few chairs or even a small table for coffee in AM was provided as the front deck is sunny most of the day. Didn't want to drag deck chairs from one to the other and did not want to expose the inside chairs to outside elements (even if for a short time). The futon is VERY uncomfortable and difficult to get up from after a long day at the beach/pool. A small "l" shaped couch w/pull out would be beneficial to guests rather than the futon. Kudos to the Carolina Shore's employee that emailed our contract and completed our reservation process!! She is an awesome employee and representative of your company...give her a raise!! Thank you...we will be returning next year and using your service again.

The condo was very dusty and I found someone's socks behind the dresser when I arrive. I called on Wednesday about two high ceiling light bulbs but no one ever came to fix them. We did have a great week and love the storage downstairs for the sandy stuff!

This property was a great spot for a family of 4. 1 bedroom with a futon in the living room. Very clean, bright with enough space to unwind after a day of exploring on the beach. This property was so close to the beach it made it easy to relax. A walk on the beach anytime was easy, going back for a snack or bight to eat was only 3 minutes away. THE ONLY THING WRONG WITH THIS PLACE WAS ACCESS TO THE INTERNET. ALTHOUGH IT SAYS THERE IS ACCESS, IT IS PART OF A COMMUNAL WIFI NETWORK FROM THE CONDO ASSOCIATION AND IS BARELY VISIBLE TO NON-EXISTANT. DO NOT PLAN ON HAVING WIFI ACCESS.

#1. Our #1 complaint is the lack of a comfortable sofa. All we had was an uncomfortable futon--it was bad enough that we had to retreat to the bed just to have a comfortable place to stretch out on and considered going home early because of how it was killing our backs. #2. The living room needs a better TV in the living room--small screen, very weak sound. #3. Needs a TV in the bedroom. #4. Bedroom needs a ceiling fan. #5. The end we were on got a lot of noise from the "main drag" (Croaton) on which the cars roared by. #6. The floor above was very unforgiving--a family staying in 201 sounded like they were coming through the ceiling every night. On the positive side, we were still near the beach, which was nice. It also very clean.

This rental was so close to the beach and convent to the shops an food stores. There was fabulous restraunt just down the street. The condo was clean and was a nice stay. The bed was just a bit uncomfortable, futon was more comfortable then the bed. But hey only real complaint about the place. Otherwise LOVED Loved loved it!

We had a very nice stay and the agents were helpful in assisting us with our questions. Two things I would note: It is not noted anywhere in any of the documentation that i received that the drop box for the keys for after hours was at Carolina Shores office. While that may be the typical way it is done, for someone that has not rented a condo or home before or very often may not be familar with the procedures. It would have been nice just to have received information regarding where to check in and how to check in after hours if needed. The second was that the ad advertised WiFi. I would also suggest providing this information either in the condo or with the information that is given when checking in. These are not meant to be complaints but rather suggestions for making the vacation experience nicer. We had a great stay and would definately look to Carolina Shores for rentals in the future.
