We love this house and have stayed at it many times, though the last few years it has not been updated much. The beds are in need of new mattresses. Also we have found that it hasn't been cleaned very thoroughly as we encountered a lot of garbage and clothing left behind from other guests. This was the first year we had noticed a VERY large roach issue. We expect some, but this time it was way above normal.

We are sorry to hear of the issues you had at the home. We have implemented new cleaning / inspecting policies this year to better ensure a great vacation for our guest.
The large bug you saw was a water bug the home gets treated monthly but during high humidity or rain they tend to swarm. As with all our homes we can fix a number of things but not
Mother Nature. We do send Pest Control to the home; they do use guest / pet friendly chemicals to spray if there is a complaint. New mattresses have been put in the home, new flooring,
area rugs, living room furniture and many more amenities. New photos will be on the website soon.

Great location, across the road from the beach!<br/>King and queen mattresses are in DESPERATE need of replacement. The air conditioning ducts and vents were dirty. The house was otherwise very clean. The door knob and lock for the main door are very difficult to use, maybe due to corrosion. <br/>Rental agency staff were very friendly and helpful. Checking in and out were both very fast and easy. <br/>

We had a wonderful time. The easy access to the beach was a great plus and the views of the waves and sky from the deck with a morning cup of coffee started the days off right. It was a great way to decompress...

I agree this home has a great location and you can not beat the views, plus many other amenities that are tailored for a great vacation .
One of the best ways ever to start your morning off is with a nice cup of coffee on the deck at Beach Baby.

We really enjoyed our week staying in Beach Baby. Although it is not a very big house, it was perfectly furnished for our group of 8. The kitchen was large and well stocked. We loved the location to the ocean and the view from the front deck!! We will definitely stay there again!!

There were some things at the house that didn't work properly, ie the one burner on the stove. When we left, we left my husband's insulin (he's diabetic) in the refrigerator. We called when we got home and realized we left it. The person answering the phone said she understood the importance and expense of it and would check on it and call us back. Never received a call back at all. Even if they threw it away, they could have at least called and let us know. Insulin pens are quite expensive!

Office Policies, such as lost and found have been revamped also.
I do apologize that you had such a bad experience with the insulin and a phone call should have been returned to you.

This house is pretty good. A little noisy due to the air conditioner.

The A/C has been fixed and the owner has done a number of upgrades to make sure their guest will be pleased.
Beds, flooring furniture and many more.
The hand picked touches they have done gives the comforter of home and the exhilaration of being on vacation.
Come have a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise and set on the decks and enjoy the amazing views at Beach Baby in 2023.

The rooms were nice, the location was great.<br/>Was kind of shocked to use the washing facilities in the room under the house, and found the dryer isn't vented to the outside?? (I would have to bet that is a code violation) the kitchen didn't have a cutting board to prepare food, but we picked one up for our use at the local K-Mart for $9...<br/>Again, the stay was nice.... just a couple of minor bumps

Overall the house was nice and efficient. Location was great with nice ocean views. Outside shower was nice to use. Beds were comfortable to sleep in. Kitchen was efficient. Ice maker in refrig. freezer would be nice to have. Carpet and flooring needs to be updated....take carpet out.

We loved the location of the rental and the rental management company, but that was about it. The house is need of updating. All the kitchen chairs were weak or broken, all deck furniture was broken but replaced for us and the living room furniture was old and uncomfortable. Couldn't watch tv due to the furniture. Couldn't get comfortable at all.
