Sam & Connie's is a nice beach house and with 3 bedrooms 1.5 baths, it is perfect for a small family or couples. The new sun deck has two built in seating options with additional deck furniture and a gate to keep the little ones in! Very centrally located, this house is within walking distance to Forbes Salt Water Taffy and ice cream shop, gift shops, a coffee house and Outer Banks Boarding Co. Surf Shop. Minutes to the nearest grocery store, fantastic restaurants, Jockey's Ridge State Park and Kitty Hawk Kites and Sports Shop. Only 1132 ft to the beach access.
A well behaved small dog is permitted with an additional fee.

PROPERTY BEDDING: 2 Queens, 1 Duo Bunk

TOP LEVEL:
Open floor plan with Kitchen/Dining/Living room. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and an Island bar. The dining room has a table with seating for 6 and a ceiling fan. The living room has a sliding door leading out to the Sun Deck, a large flat screen TV and a leather sofa. There is a full hall bathroom with tub and shower and a bedroom with 1 Duo Bunk across the hall. Two more bedrooms, both with Queen beds and one with private half bathroom and a flat screen TV.

GROUND LEVEL:
Large carport with parking for two cars. Exterior access to Laundry, storage room, mini-fridge and beach chairs. There is also a Weber kettle grill available for guest use!
Large enclosed outside shower.

We had a great time! We loved how Sam and Connie’s house was so close to the beach! We also appreciated that we could bring our pup child with us! We were thrown a bit by a finicky fridge and lack of toilet paper, but a quick call and trip to the store resolved those issues! We would happily stay there again!

Although we knew it was small as it was only for 2 people, it was just not comfortable. There is one small sofa and uncomfortable chairs. The house needs updating and some TLC to make it rentable. Vacation or not, good WiFi is important. The WiFi was out for two days, and the TV offered here is not ‘Smart’. For the money spent...not worth it!

Sam and Connie's beach home was the perfect spot for our vacation. They had a lovely under camp area and even left beach chairs for us to use! We would definitely recommend this rental. Our only complaint would be lack of lighting in the outdoor shower area.

We had a wonderful time!Loved the location,it was quiet,centrally located, perfect size for our family. Very thankful that we were able to bring our little 4-legged friend with us, very reasonably priced pet deposit, that was a HUGE deal for us. Our daughter wants to come back next year!Great place to relax, watch the sun rise and set, enjoy the ocean and just get away.Thank You for a great vacation!

We have been coming to the Outer Banks for years, and have stayed in numerous houses. This was my favorite. The location is great, a short walk to the beach, a short walk to the grocery store and even a short walk to the souvenir store. The house has everything you need. The outdoor shower is a big help in keeping sand out of the house, and out of the drain. The laundry room was a huge plus, since we have stayed in houses in the past that didn't have laundry. There are also beach chairs, beach toys, bikes and a beach cart. We drove from the Midwest, so we can't haul everything out and to have so many things provided, was so helpful. We usually stay in a different house each trip, but we will definitely stay at Sam & Connie's again.
