Property Bedding: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, and 2 Twins (All Master Suites!)

Top-Level:
Here you will find vaulted ceilings throughout this open floor plan, plush living room furniture, views from all windows, access to the top-level sun and covered deck, a dining area with seating for eight, and a kitchen a chef would love. There is also a breakfast bar with seating for four. The expansive deck features a picnic table, plenty of seating and a park grill. There is also a half-bathroom.

Mid-Level:
The mid-level features a master suite with two twin beds, television, ceiling fan, and a private full bathroom. There is also a master suite with a queen size bed, ceiling fan, television, and a private bathroom. A king suite is the final bedroom on this level. It also features a ceiling fan, television, and a private bathroom.
You will have access to a covered deck with another picnic table, along with a laundry closet complete with a washer and dryer!

First-Floor
The ground level has a king master suite with a ceiling fan, television, and private bathroom.

Outside:
Parking for four vehicles, another picnic table, an enclosed outside shower with changing room and an expansive private dock!

This house has it all! Perfect views and location. Convient for all. Older and younger with the elevator. Short drive to any beach or Oregon Inlet if you fish. Love our week here❤️

The house was beautifully furnished, the kitchen well appointed. The view from the back deck was gorgeous. The dock was nice - we caught enough crabs for a dinner for two.<br/><br/>The only drawback is that the house is on a very busy road. Road noise made conversation difficult while outside.

Our family of 6 fit perfectly in this home! The view is absolutely gorgeous! There are water views all the way around. You can watch the sunrise & sunset from the deck, which are GORGEOUS! The home was equipped with all the kitchen appliances/accessories we needed. Each room has its own full bath and TV with streaming services. Outdoor shower under the carport. Private dock into the sound. We took our V-bottom boat, so the water was too shallow to dock at the home, but it would have been no problem with a flat bottom boat. We were able to fish off the dock as well. The elevator was a wonderful extra amenity to avoid carrying luggage and groceries up the stairs. One of my favorite spots in the home (besides the back deck) is the little reading nook off the kitchen. So comfy with a beautiful view! I can't say enough wonderful things about this home. Less than 5 min drive to beach accesses & about 2 min drive to a boat ramp. Great access to everything in OBX without having to be in the middle of all the action. Our only complaint was the traffic noise, which obviously can't be avoided. However, it would not stop us from staying again!

My family and I stayed at Sound Therapy after we had a disaster with a VRBO rental. When we arrived late Saturday evening we were blown away with how gorgeous and well appointed the home is. We had 3 adults and 2 children, and dogs, and it was so spacious for us all to get away and relax when needed. The views upstairs are beautiful. The home is central to so many great beach activities (aquarium, Jockey's Ridge, sound side activities, beach). It took us maybe 2 minutes to get to beach parking. We loved this home and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay!

My family enjoyed our stay at Sound Therapy. The views are simply amazing and the house has decks galore. We loved having a boat dock and being able to bring our boat. The house itself is beautiful and all the rooms are nicely furnished. There is a bathroom in every room! We loved the open floor plan on the top floor. The elevator was perfect for bringing up luggage and groceries and for older guests. Quick access to Jeanette's pier beach access and to Manteo! It really is a lovely house.

My family and I stayed at Sound Therapy when our VRBO had a big issue and we last minute needed to find a rental on arrival day. We found Sound Therapy and were so glad we did. This home is absolutely gorgeous and has everything you need. The kitchen is extremely well stocked including appliances like a coffee pot &amp; keurig, an air fryer, and every gadget you could need. The 4 bedrooms made this a great setup for my family and mother to stay and have our own space since each bedroom has it's own full bathroom. The view of the sound is gorgeous. We also were centrally located to so much. The beach is an easy 2 minute drive to the public access parking lots and the pier, close to the aquarium for a rainy day, water spots/dolphin tour, and lots of great restaurants so close by!! and you wouldn't know. Don't let the location deter you from a beautiful home in a great location. We were very pleased too with the rental agency. Very clean home and great communication.
