Smilepost 2anda half is a adorable beach house. It is a older home with all the charm of a beach house, plus all the amenities you need. The location was fantastic! We have already rented it for next year!

The location is one of the best things about this house. It is directly across the beach road with direct access to the beach. Unobstructed view of the ocean (other than the wires). The downstairs bedroom is really large and the game room is great. Main bath was recently renovated and there is now a washer & dryer available (listing said it was coin operated, it is not). Walking distance to a few bars and ice cream shop. This was our first time staying in Kitty Hawk; we typically stay in northern OBX (Duck, Corolla). We loved the convenience of this location. We would definitely stay here again.
