Description

SUNNY DAZE is a magical Outer Banks Semi-Oceanfront vacation home right in the heart of Nags Head with striking ocean views and beach access just across the street. The brilliant interiors are simply delightful especially the spacious living area, on the top level, complete with vaulted ceilings, a full wet bar and miraculous views of the Atlantic Ocean. In the mornings awake to our gorgeous sunrises from one of the two oceanside decks and in the evenings relax as the sun slowly sets from in the Sunny Daze covered sitting area.

The king master suite is spacious and welcoming and comes complete with a television, and a full bathroom (shower only). The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need and even features a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The large dining room table, with seating for 8, greats you with wonderous ocean views.

On the mid-level you'll find 3 nicely appointed bedrooms and a wrap around deck. There is another master suite with a king size bed, a bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with a bunk and twin bed.

The ground level or entry level provides and enclosed outside shower with changing room, a hammock, grilling area with picnic table and a closet with beach chairs, toys and a beach cart.

SUNNY DAZE provides privacy along with the convenience to outstanding outlet shopping, numerous grocery stores, Outer Banks attractions such as the Wright Brother Memorial and Jeannette's Pier, movies and even work out facilities. You and your family will return year after year.

After a few glitches , caused by front desk staff at check in !!!<br/>My nephew and his wife thoroughly enjoyed their time with us . <br/>Nosy neighbor next door also got involved , not realizing both little dogs were serve and emotional , and documentation was available .

I am so glad that you enjoyed the stay.
We do apologize for the glitches - staff was very new.
As for the neighbors, I think you would have to admit that in this day and age it is nice that neighbors look out for each other.
All and all everyone had a great time and the glitches were ironed out.
Hope you will visit soon and next year we will find you the perfect pet friendly home.

Sunny Daze is a Great house right across the street from the public beach access. Easy to get to and good dining options nearby including Biscuits & Porn for breakfast sandwiches. Very Nice house. 4 good rooms, could make the one room a King and have 3 King rooms. Good access to beach equipment and downstairs shed. Kitchen is good, but could use some upgrades on kitchen utensils including spatulas, pans, scrubbies and brushes for sink, etc. The only odd thing is that staying for 5 days did NOT include linens and was a $199 additional fee. My feeling is, it should be included in price and not an add on. Felt a little weird to pay for that. Never have I paid extra for linens because of less than week stay. Other than that, a great house with GREAT location.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The house was everything we had hoped it would be. It was very well cleaned when we arrived. Plenty of room for our kids. The two levels of wrap around decks were great and the screened in porch was nice in the evenings on the rare occasion the mosquitoes came out. It really had that beach house feel. The upper deck probably has the best non-oceanfront house view in the area. You could actually see the ocean pretty well. It was very relaxing to hear the ocean each morning. The beach access was very convenient and close. Walking distance to several great restaurants/shops. The outdoor shower was great for rinsing the salt off and keeping excess sand out of the house. Plenty of beach chairs, beach toys. AC worked great, as did all of the other appliances. After two days on the road with 7 people in the vehicle, it was super easy to settle in and feel at home. We’re looking forward to going back next year!

First time at OBX-Nags Head. House was perfect for 6 adults one child. Half block from beach, access to beach across street. House very clean. Screened in porch needs repair. Enjoyed the decks with chairs on both levels. Many beach chairs, basket of beach toys, beach umbrellas, boogie boards were provided.
