House is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach access. Beach access is only for a few houses, so plenty of space on the beach! The house is in great condition with everything you need for your vacation. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is nice and seems to be well maintained. The only problem I experienced was having to pay for damage insurance twice, once through the HomeAway site when I booked, and again through the management company to avoid a huge extra deposit fee. <br/><br/>I gave a lower rating for cleanliness as the place could have been better vacuumed. Otherwise, I'd probably spend another vacation there.

Won't take Amex. They required a deposit in case of damages. We left the property in pristine shape when we exited and they have never refunded the deposit as promised, and never contacted us to say they had issue with us. House was great, no other issues with the rental.

The beach house was the perfect fit for our family. We had a comfortable stay and the beach was just a block away. The house was clean, maintained, and all appliances were in working order. However, out with Mr. Coffee and in with the Keurig coffee machine. We brought our own linens and towels. We beached, biked, golfed, wave runners, para sailing, kite flying, and site seeing. We had a great week. Thanks

We stayed here with 4 adults, 3 children, one infant, and a dog. The house was clean we when arrived. It's one block from the beach and in biking distance of a food store and a couple other stores. The house had everything we needed included a good number of beach chairs. They even called on the second day to make sure everything was clean and to make sure we didn't have any problems. We brought a baby gate to block of the stairs and besides that it was very baby friendly. The house even had outlet protectors for babies. We also paid for early checkin and linens which made our stay a little easier. I would recommend this house to anyone and would like to stay there again in the future!
